Another "man with gun" at Johnson Space Center in Houston. I'm waiting for the news websites to update, but I saw it on TV.

So, apparently the dude with a gun is an employee of Jacobs Engineering. I think USMC-R is affiliated with them (correct me if I'm wrong).
