I bet Chuck could make you a replacement holster from dog hide.... We have a new Australian Cattle dog pup in the house (10 weeks old) and I have
been putting EVERYTHING up out of reach. I have never been hard on one of our mutts but that pup almost got one of my conceal carry rigs tonight
which would have been bad enough but it had my new Ed Brown Kobra Carry in it. He had just started licking it when I caught him....

That would have pushed me over the edge.... It would also mean that I would have to move as I'm pretty sure the wife would choose the dog over me....

Thought I would post a family photo of Chuck's work that now resides in NW Georgia. The holsters are by the now famous zookeeper, the grips by Michael at SGM grips, they are carried on horsehide belts from Al at A&G Leather and the little officers model was gone thru by master gunsmith Jim Stroh in Athens. I love it when an all Georgia effort comes together at the end....

OK, folks, I decided to "come out of the closet" just a little and post some photos of some of my .45's that are carried in Chuck's holsters. Some of them are for "Bar-B-Que" gun events and others (the commander sized Cane Toad) are worn daily.

Top left is an Ed Brown 4 1/4" Cobra Carry in Horsehide and Cane Toad with the matching mag holder just below it.

Just to the right is an STI 3" Shadow in Horsehide and Tegu Lizard with the matching mag holder just above it.

Top right is a Custom 3 1/2" Colt LW Officers model by Jim Stroh in Horsehide and Shark with the matching single mag holder just below

Center left is a Les Baer 5" Boss in Horsehide and Elephant with the matching mag holder just below.

Center is a Les Baer 5" 1911-2011 Centennial with Ivory grips in Cowhide and Bone Stingray.

To the far right is a Les Baer Premier II in Cowhide and Bone Stingray but a Wilson Supergrade stocked in Ivory with hopefully replace that one soon.

The bottom pistol is an Ed Brown Signature Edition wearing Ivory Double Diamond grips in Cowhide and Bone Ivory.

The mag holder just to the left of that will work with any of the Bone Stingray holsters and was meant to look like a set of double diamond 1911 grips.

Just to give you a better idea with the poor camera that I took these with, here is a close up of my Bar-b-que gun in what I think is one of the finest holsters that Chuck has made. It complements the pistol perfectly with each line of stingray getting progressively smaller with the bead size in the hide as the insert size gets smaller.

His attention to detail is great and I love it when people ask about them. My biggest problem is that I don't have near enough holsters to go around and will be ordering some more next year....

So. At the top of this page, I had a picture of some holsters. They are not showing up anymore. The same posting on my cell phone is showing the picture> Whats up with that? As far as I know, nothing has been changed on my end.
I tried loading the jpg file you have in the post but it was declined by the hosting site. It said that I must log-in to see the picture. I think that is what has happened. You can see it but the rest of us can't. Can you host it on a different site?
