When did I say anything on the post you quoted about DNA evidence ?
I was referring to a post that questioned the use of probability and statistics, that shows that mass fraud probably existed, as legitimate proof that it did.

I hadn't realized that I was questioning you.

But, I was pointing out that, as an example of court behavior; the courts DO use "probability and statistics" as proof of a crime when they introduce DNA evidence into a courtroom.

So, I was questioning why the courts suddenly "can't use probability and statistics" in the case of "voting fraud."

But you referenced my post that had nothing to do with DNA. So how am I supposed to know what you are talking about ?

So with all those troops there in D.C., are there planned arrests at the inauguration ceremony? Just curious is all. I don't really believe so, but some may think so.

I disagree. Falsehoods are lies. Lies are lies even when spread for propaganda purposes. Repeated incessant lies of mass election fraud from the President down when there was none, without a shred of legitimate proof, coupled with low-IQ recipients lapping them up like puppies lapping up spilled milk is why last Wednesday's sedition happened.
Replace "Mass election fraud" with "Systemic Racism", interesting.

I don't tell a toddler he is a liar when he tells me what Santa brought him. I really think that's how you need to approach some people you come across in life.

25-30k troops shut down the National Mall, surrounded the Capitol with 7 ft fencing with razor wire, shut down all traffic and it's because Joe Biden is such a well liked candidate that won the popular vote. Nothing to see here ...move along.

Absolutely! Those dozen or so supporters he has will stop at nothing to bask in his greatness! I mean he has such great American Sovereignty preserving ideas! His lack of selfishness for he and his entire family, always sacrificing so that he can "serve" himself...I mean the American people puts him in a league all by himself. That is to say if you don't count all the other swamp creatures on both sides of the isle who have breathed a collective (pun intended) sigh of relief over his "victory" at the ballot box. He is, well, to be frank, absolutely, irrefutably, demented, I mean heroically wonderful, he had to have won fair and square and the fencing and precautions are done to protect him from his doting supporters and his doting supporters from being overwhelmed by his greatness!

There is overwhelming evidence that Trump's claims were fabricated. He even drops suit before his "evidence" can get cross-examined in court! At this point continuing to defend his lies only costs Republicans credibility and emboldens Democrats.

Really? All of the cases were dropped. I haven't heard that one. The SCOTUS did refrain from hearing one or two didn't they?

Link for you then:
https://sos.ga.gov/index.php/elections/trump_legal_team_folds

(ATLANTA) - On the eve of getting the day in court they supposedly were begging for, President Trump and Chairman David Shafer's legal team folded Thursday and voluntarily dismissed their election contests against Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger rather than submit their evidence to a court and to cross-examination. However, even in capitulation, they continue to spread disinformation. The President's legal team falsely characterizes the dismissal of their lawsuits as "due to an out of court settlement agreement." However, correspondence sent to Trump's legal team prior to the dismissals makes perfectly clear that there is no settlement agreement. The Trump legal voluntarily dismissed their lawsuits rather than presenting their evidence in court in a trial scheduled for tomorrow in front of Cobb County Superior Court Judge Adele Grubbs.

"Rather than presenting their evidence and witnesses to a court and to cross-examination under oath, the Trump campaign wisely decided the smartest course was to dismiss their frivolous cases," Raffensperger said.

The withdrawals came after Secretary Raffensperger sent a letter to Congress on Wednesday containing point-by-point refutation of the false claims made by the President and his allies. Late last night, Congress accepted Georgia's slate of electors without objection, as no Senator joined in Congressman Jody Hice's objection to Georgia's electors.

"Spreading disinformation about elections is dangerous and wrong," said Secretary Raffensperger. "It was wrong when Stacey Abrams and her allies made false claims about Georgia's election processes following the 2018 election and run-up to the 2020 election, and it's wrong when the President and his allies are doing it now."

The President's lawyers also voluntarily dismissed three other lawsuits against Raffensperger in various courts rather than submit to certain repudiation:

  • Trump v. Kemp in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia,
  • Still v. Raffensperger et al in the Superior Court of Fulton County and
  • Boland v. Raffensperger et al in the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Those dismissals were not pursuant to a settlement agreement either.
The SCOTUS did refrain from hearing one or two didn't they?
Trump can't appeal that far if he doesn't want his "evidence" heard at a lower level.

I was thinking of the large number of court cases in other states as well. Pennsylvania for example. But thanks for that info nonetheless

I see. How did those cases work out for him?
Did the Supreme Court hear the case where Pennsylvania Judges rather than the Legislator changed voting rules and regulations? You know you really don't have to adopt the continuous smart ass tone. That is unless you do have to.
I believe the Supreme Court refused to hear that case didn't it?
