I don't think it would. It's no different than all the UGA, Tech, UT, etc plate frames that are all over te place. Looking out the window next to me, I see 13 license plates, 7 have some kind of frame on them.

:? Considering that most people will have to run home and look up GCrg and then return to smash a window, I'd say it's almost a non issue. Do NRA stickers cause the same?

Wouldn't someone who carries have it on their person instead of in their car? Do criminals know to only smash the windows of GCrg framed cars in parking lots of businesses that are off-limits? Well, they might if they see your license plate frame, go home and get educated, then return to the Outback Steakhouse and smash your windows. :lol:
