Contact NRA Life Member Services at 800-672-3888 and ask them to enroll you in the Life Member Payment plan and apply this years membership dues. I'm not sure if they can because I don't know the cutoff time for such a thing. Give them my recruiter number (XR018658) and I can track progress for you and help with any problems.

Pay Pal is evil. Not just because of any fireams policy issues. To this day I can't use one of my credit cards with them because of some silly administrative issues that their $.50 an hour customer service people in India can't figure out. I have to live with the knowledge that one of their computer system has my credit card number, personel info, and email address, but they can't figure out how delete me. :x
