I see nothing making that a one way road.

I am certain he was going home....Yes, that QuickTripWere I a law enforcement officer on a busy road in the left hand lane I'd chalk it up as a missed opportunity rather than attempt to make a 90-degree turn and back up traffic in two lanes. There's no telling if he saw the desperadoes of if he was watching oncoming traffic for infractions, or responding to a text message or radio message at the moment.
QuikTrip, 1364 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy SE, Cartersville, correct?
And just like for those two dumbass drivers, I would hope you would be ticketedIf it were convenient to me, I would use that exit routinely.

Been ticketed better for worse things. I would surely contest it and have fun doing that, even if losing. And just like for those two dumbass drivers, I would hope you would be ticketed
While the QuikTrip parking lot is indeed private property, following the address provided would have led to a map where it would be found that the exit from Hwy-41 isn't a driveway but is instead a one-way road.isn't the QT parking lot private property? Not really a one way road, it is a driveway.
PS rumors, all I'm seeing in your post is a bunch of little thumbnail images from various YouTube videos on the subject of wrong way drivers. I don't see any particular video being highlighted. Can you post the link to the one specific individual video that you're talking about?
I believe this is Sheriff's jurisdiction, this is in Bartow and it is a Bartow carThree questions come to mind. Was that Sheriff's car in-jurisdiction? If it was, does that department do regular traffic enforcement? Many Sheriff's offices don't like Dekalb County. Thirdly, is that a public or private road?
