Where are the cops when you need them?
How often do you say that while driving around and you see idiot drivers? Well, today a cop was there and did nothing.

It's a one lane road and the signs facing the direction from where those cars came says Do Not Enter. And see that solid white line? Traffic coming north on 41 can turn in but no traffic is to be coming to 41
Were I a law enforcement officer on a busy road in the left hand lane I'd chalk it up as a missed opportunity rather than attempt to make a 90-degree turn and back up traffic in two lanes. There's no telling if he saw the desperadoes of if he was watching oncoming traffic for infractions, or responding to a text message or radio message at the moment.

It is like this quite often and many times it backs up traffic onto 41, just the first time I saw an officer sitting right there.

I stop at that QT pretty regularly and that's a one-way entrance to the gas station that turns into a two-way road immediately after the entrance. I'm not surprised people cheat to get back on northbound 41 - it's a pain to get across the two lanes of whatever the cross-street is to get back on 41, especially if there's a lot of traffic. The other alternative is to backtrack to the Driver Services building to get back on 41.
Still, it's a fairly narrow one-way entrance that, if blocked with some yahoo trying to exit, backs up traffic on 41. With a cop right there, they should be ticketed.

PS rumors, all I'm seeing in your post is a bunch of little thumbnail images from various YouTube videos on the subject of wrong way drivers. I don't see any particular video being highlighted. Can you post the link to the one specific individual video that you're talking about?
Three questions come to mind. Was that Sheriff's car in-jurisdiction? If it was, does that department do regular traffic enforcement? Many Sheriff's offices don't like Dekalb County. Thirdly, is that a public or private road?

While the QuikTrip parking lot is indeed private property, following the address provided would have led to a map where it would be found that the exit from Hwy-41 isn't a driveway but is instead a one-way road.isn't the QT parking lot private property? Not really a one way road, it is a driveway.
