Robbery
Looks like the commie / anarchist /antifa was committing a strong-arm robbery (by sudden starching from the victim's possession).
In Georgia, that could be prosecuted as a 20-year felony.
Stealing, or attempting to steal someone's property (such as their USA flag) with force SHOULD be prosecuted criminally.

I had this discussion the other day.
The anti-white, anti-free speech commies far outnumber the white nationalist, and from FBI stats, the commies are much more violent and commit more acts of domestic terrorism, even during the Obama years.
I dislike them both equally, but let's not kid who the bigger threat is.
Not to mention the commie ideologies have education and media locked down. That's a big threat.
I see the waking up of an attempted communist revolution brewing.
It's going to get ugly, but I think Team Fed and Gov will hold its own.
Hopefully the pendulum eventually swings in a positive way towards more freedom.
