One of the dogs brought this thing up....all that is left is the skin and fur.....when layed out about twice the size you see here and weighs about 5lbs.

Any guesses?

Just looked up pictures of beavers and that looks like it could be it.

We have plenty of water within 3/4 of a mile....and are seeing more and more beavers on the side of the road.
