Sounds fishy to me..
Yeah, that is why I put the laughing face on it. I find it likely, given the history of these two, that the guy shot was not exactly happy about being served, again, by the same guy and probably came at the process server with that baton . . . But who knows?
Yeah and getting shot in the back never makes anything look good. especially after getting shot in the chest......
Wierd if you ask me.
When someone is shot twice in rapid succession it is not uncommon for the second bullet to enter the back.
After the very first attempted skyjacking the Swiss put the Israeli security guard on trial, partly because one of his bullets hit a hijacker in the back and the witness reports said he chased him down and shot in the back.
The trial brought out the fact that the shot in the back was the second shot. Seems the witnesses all turned to look at the sound of the first shot and only saw the second.
Eyewitness testimony is always suspect. Especially if it does not match the forensics.
Got a link? Sounds like an interesting read, maybe even deserving its own thread.
No I read a book about it years ago, BIE, Before Internet Era. I think the title is Skyjacked. It was a very interesting read.
If it's not on the internet, then I don't believe it.
I heard about someone explaining to their kid about looking something up in an encyclopedia. Kids response why didn't you google it?
I think it is incident three.
And as for stopping power. He used a .22 against a guy with an AK-47. Attitude goes a long way.
