    Instead i went bow hunting and burned my ass off and didn't even see a deer....It just too hot!

    I did open carry in front of 3 Sandersville Officers at about 3am and not a word from any of them as i talked to them.....just a few looks but i was supprised they didn't ask any questions. 8)

    Awesome! It does seem to be easier the further you are from Atlanta/Athens/Statesboro, though. Are you sure they noticed? I mean, 3 AM is pretty dark, and if you were carrying a black gun, it may not have shown up well.

    It is so hard for deer hunt while the temp is over 60 degrees. This time of year I'm sticking with rabbits, squirrels, or doves. My bow hunting buddy had the same results as you out in Polk county.

    Statesboro = no problems.

    Savannah is where it's difficult.
