    I don't care.
    I doubt most felons really care, either. Voting is a civic duty done for the best interests of the greater community, and criminals are usually too selfish to do anything that doesn't benefit them directly.
    Unless The Democratic Party charters buses to pick them up take them to the polls and then take them to the mall for some shopping and dining afterward ...

    p.s. Remember, once a person's sentence is completed and they're done with parole and/or probation, they are eligible to vote again. Without even having to petition to get that right back; it is restored automatically.
