There's a poll on CNN asking about the UN Gun Ban.

Just go to cnn.com and look down on the right.

    Go vote :)

By the way, if you're not sure of how to vote and wanna see what IANSA and Rebecca Peters and the rest of the UN Anti-gunners say, go check out www.nranews.com and click on "Browse Archives" then click "Rebecca Peters at the UN Conference 2005" from the drop down and watch what she says. :shakehead:

You know the 2006 meeting of UN gun grabbers takes place this year on the 4th of July...

Yeah, that's why CNN was running the poll. Because the NRA and others have stated the agenda of IANSA and the UN. Looks like they moved the poll though and replaced it with a more important one.. "Taking home office supplies from work is: a) Stealing or b) A Fringe Benefit"

    Good work CNN.

The story was trying to spin the NRA as overeacting. Which is par for the course with CNN. Personally, I don't think hte NRA was overreacting. More has been done in the name of common sense and reasonable restrictions to destroy civil rights in recent history than anything else. The road to hell and a police state is paved with good intentions. But as we all know the UN is the beacon of hope, truth and justice around the world and can do no wrong.

But in all seriousness there were congressmen talking about trying to pass a bill that would remove our support from the UN if they did anything counter to 2A rights. Don't know how far it would have gotten, but it's a nice thought.
