Looking for advice on international travel.

I need a good travel agent to book a flight and arrange for visas to the Philippines. I'm not going, but some loved ones are.

Preferred airlines are Korean Air and Eva Air.

Also, I want to know some good insurance agencies for AD&D flight insurance.

    Thanks!

Avoid travel agents... you have the same ability to type in keystrokes as they do and you don't need to pay them a surcharge.
expedia.com, kayak.com (clark howard's favorite from not long ago), orbitz.com etc. "travel websites flights" in Google.

"get philippine visa atlanta" will get you the Philippines Consulate in Atlanta, with all the info you can use and more.

I've only flown KAL once, they saw me in uniform and put me on the top deck in 1st class :).
Free socks and a sleep mask, was nice.

Travel sites don't always have the lowest airfare. Check the airline's website or call them to compare.

There were reports in the news a few months ago that cops or guards in the Philippine airport will plant contraband in tourist luggage (like ammo, or drugs), and shake down the tourist for money to make it go away. One bit of advice I read was to wrap the cases in that plastic wrap you see at airports.
