Thinking of parting with my 84 GL1200 with ~90+k miles on the speedo - originally a Florida bike I picked it up last year from a trike dealer that took it in on trade from a sr. getting too old to ride 2 wheels. Planned on restoring it for my primary ride and letting the wife have my harley - but she lost interest in riding and I'd rather jump on the fatboy in city traffic so willing to let this grand old lady go for the right deal.
Nice bike. Out runs my fatboy. Rides better on long trips. Its also a 27 year old classic honda motorcycle with 90+k miles on the speedo. Its not going to be perfect. But if you want one of the best (non-computerized) motorcycles ever built - you can't go wrong with a solid GL1200 like this one. I commuted on it from Forsyth, GA to Atlanta, GA and back daily on it last year to save gas before relocating to Atlanta area (its a much sweeter ride on long distance insterstate trips than my fatboy).
I also have the valid GA title in my name in hand - which is rare to find when looking for one of these to restore.
Cash price is $3k. Will consider partial trades on interesting guns plus cash (current want is an M&P15-22 and high end target setup 1911). Have my GWL in hand now.
