I thought you were supposed to identify a target before shooting?

Sure says bad shoot to me. Any more of that video available?

But then again-- I am sure that cop "felt threatened".

Caulk gun

So why did the lady cop blast the homeboy hiding behind that whiteboard?

Negligent discharge, or an intentional pulling of the trigger ?

Notice that caulking gun on the floor next to the suspect ?

If he were holding that when she fired, she could have mistaken it for a real weapon in the dark. It does look something like an "assault weapon" handgun or SMG.

Hey, its was a caulking gun. Notice the GUN part. She felt threatened. So if the dirtiest shoot ever, no problem because she felt threatened. And he had a GUN!

Well, cop might think I had a gun. So of course they had to shoot me. Of course if I did have one on my belt I would advise them of it. And right they, blam, shoot me because that would make them feel threatened.

They are cops. They win because of that. I am dead. I lose because I have a gun or might have one and that makes them feel threatened.

Understand how that works nowadays?

Trigger-happy scaredy-cat officer. I see many dollars in the future for the victim, and a police career coming to an end.

Please folks, if you're going to apply for the job, have the right temperament for it, okay?
