FWIW, Ayoob advises everyone involved in a shooting to say ONLY the following...
1. "I'm the victim; he is the perpetrator."
2. "I will sign the complaint."
3. Point out evidence.
4. Point out witnesses.
5. If cops continue to question you, "I will wait to comment further until I speak with my attorney, just as you were taught to do."
