They had a ban on "assault weapons" (An "assault weapon" is a semantically null political term that means "It can be used to hurt people." As the REAL commies in Russia, who were men descended from Vikings (at least the ones in charge) would note, "Of course hurts people. Is weapon." You may as well refer to your "house home." The wussy definition of "Assault weapon" bears no resemblance to the US military's definition. It comes down to, "It's black and makes us poopoo in our panties!"

I remember making fun of this guy a while back. I guess this page shows up in every gun forum. I wonder if he just posted about guns that he knows about.

M1 Garand was left out=FAIL
I agree with you. That rifle has been the force of good for a good portion of the last century.

I've often wondered just how many relatives in my extended family were killed by that rifle... or by the Mosin for that matter.

(Mom was German, Dad was American, GI brings home German wife, story repeated many times since the fall of the 3rd Reich, but this one is mine)

(Opa did not come back from the Russian Front :( )

I noticed the Glock made it, but Hk's & Sig did not... :-k

I guess the HK & Sig are too sexy to be manly. You did see what was 1 & 2 on the list though. Can't be far off the mark.

I do agree that the M-1 should have been on the list.
