I thought SC does not accept non-resident licenses, regardless of which state.
You're right. UT completely trumps TX, then. Though it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a TX license if you'll be there a lot, since the cops may not know the reciprocity laws.
Anybody check if TX has the proper Federal disclosures for their demand of an SSN?

says you must have a Texas Drivers License ir Texas ID....kinda excludes alot of non resident types
Wonder what would happen if I use my (non-expired) TX state ID. Anyone want to pony up the money for me to try it out?
