    I think the distance is much closer. It appears to be a steep angle. So the wind is definitely stiff with that much hold off at that short of a distance . Probably has a tall bipod too.

    The foam Nerf darts have a low ballistic coefficient. (using G1 / Inglalls).
    They're very vulnerable to a 10 mph perpendicular crosswind.
