Springfield Armory CSR

    I recently purchased a new Springfield XD(m) pistol. It qualified for a promotion they are running to receive an additional 3 magazines and a holder for the pistol.

    They say to allow 6-8 weeks but it was really only 3 week turn around time. Unfortunately I received .357 magazines instead of 9mm mags.

    I called today to get this corrected and amazingly they said they noticed it 3 days ago and had already fedexed the proper mags to me.

    Incredibly impressed with the customer service. :righton:

    They are great with customer service. One of my co-workers sent his xd9 to their custom shop for some nightsights and a trigger job on Monday and he had his pistol back on Friday. I'll be getting this upgrade as soon as my wallet recovers from the Christmas season.

    Forgot to mention they told me to just keep the .357 mags...

    I'll probably buy myself one of those XDSC's one day. I held one the other day, and I liked it.
