has a sign posted on the front door that says, "no loaded weapons allowed inside, all weapons must be checked at the front desk."

i just noticed the sign when picking up a weapon i sent in for some warranty work. if i'd have seen it before, they'd have never got my service in the first place.

i've received crappy service from them as well. they kept my weapon for 3 weeks before they sent it off. they hung up on me on the phone when i called to ask about it.
