A 4 year old girl who was shopping with her grandmother (age 47) in Columbia, South Carolina reached into grandma's purse and got the loaded gun that grandma kept in there. She shot herself with it in Sam's Club. Grandma had a firearms carry license. I assume that means she had the mandatory safety training that that state requires, and which is the obstacle preventing that state from having a receiprocity agreement with Georgia.
