They now belong to Kestak! Thanks, Alain! Hope you and wife enjoy these rifles!
There seems to be renewed interest in these little rifles here on the site, so here goes:
I have two M44's and the wife says they need to go if I want to buy anything else. Asking $85 each, both have been cleaned and de-cosmoed. Take both for $160 FTF, GFL/GCO members $150 FTF. Pics available for serious inquiries. Thanks!
1. A 1947 Izhevsk M44 non-matching #'s, stock has minor dings (but no arsenal repairs), bluing fair, bore frosty but sharp. These are great to plink with, hunt with, truck/trunk gun, or SHTF rifle.
2. A 1945 Izhevsk (or 1948, it is hard to tell as the stamp is light) M44 non-matching #'s , again stock has minor dings (no arsenal repairs here either), bluing fair, bore is frosty but sharp, will be a great shooter trunk/truck gun
