Sorry no trades, this is part of an estate and the current owner only wants to sell

I'm helping him out with posting etc, but the final transaction would be through him.

bump for price drop, seller is motivated to get these moving.

The seller will meet the buyer FTF at his house in Canton or his house in Atlanta or the transaction can be completed through an FFL for non-local purchases.

Someone should buy it just for the T grip.

Re: FS: S&W .38 Model 36 Chief's Special 1st Edition

I recently purchased an older model of the Chief's Special (1956 pre-mod 36). Very nice shooter and very concealable. I was amazed how accurate this gun is for a 2" snubby. A true classic. Good luck!

Re: FS: S&W .38 Model 36 Chief's Special 1st Edition-Price Drop

Agreed this thing is a brick house. I have a Mod 60 S&W .38 that is rock solid as well and amazingly accurate.

Let's drop the price on this one to $450 and see if that helps anyone along.

Re: *PRICE DROP* FS: S&W.38 Model 36 Chief's Special 1st Edition

Free bump! Nice looking gun.

I inherited a model 36 from my uncle, but mine doesn't have a T-grip and the grip has a diamond shape around the grip screw.
