So, as not to hijack another thread I thought I would start this one. Feel free to hijack this one if you want. :shattered:

Time: 10 till 6
Place: Red Hill GA (In between Carnesville and Toccoa) Just north of Commerce

Correct me if i'm wrong but .45 is better for supression then 9mm. Its subsonic by default.
o_O 45 has an extra 50% in bore diameter (I think it's 59%, but I'm too lazy to do the math now). You can't suppress .45 as well as 9 for any reasonable given length.

EDIT: I meant in bore area. Bore diameter is much easier to calculate.

Budder got it right. The larger the bore diameter the harder it is to suppress. A lot of .45 suppressors are not even hearing safe if you run them dry vs a 9mm shooting subsonics which is very quite dry and holywood quiet wet.
