Hmm. Im interested to see if this is indeed a problem. Youll have to excuse me if i dont take everything the lawyer says at face value.

I won't carry my P320 without the Agency Arms trigger installed. The factory trigger is so light and you could pretty much sneeze on it and it will fire.
I’m seeing 7.5 lbs from what I’ve read. Hardly a hair trigger. Are some getting out of the factory a lot under that?
7.5 lbs?? No. Its more like 2 lbs on my P320. Very little take up, then you hit the "wall" and just very light pressure for the trigger to break. I can definitely see how the legacy style triggers were firing on their own whwn the pistol ws dropped at a - 30 degree angle. There was definitely enough momentum and inertia in those triggers to overcome the "wall" and fire on their own.
A much longer video. Sig pistol was able to be fired by striking the back of the slide with a rubber mallet.

Trigger issues aside. The P320 is a damn fine weapon and one of the most accurate pistols I own. I own 2 of them and even bought a P365 and a P229 after all this mess. I just won't carry it with the factory trigger installed.
So what caused the discharges in the above story. Both officers state the gun was holstered
Since this is a military issue weapon, is the military having these issues, or only cops?
