Since i bought my Sig, ive noticed the trigger pull is insanely long compared to like my glock. Is this normal? im also debating whether to send it back to Sig to get an SRT installed. Is this something i should do?

I've never pulled a Glock trigger. So I can't give you comparison there. Your SCT has short/thin trigger (like my P228) I'm used to SA trigger pull of my Sigs. Yeah the 10lb DA trigger kills me, too. I shot P229 .40 S&W with SRT before and it's definitely different. (aside from short-reset) I can't say I really liked it. YMMV

Of course, my 1911 has completely spoiled my trigger finger. :shattered:
