So I've heard talk before that in order to purchase and own NFA equipment, it's a lot simpler and easier to create a trust and register all equipment in the name of the trust than to have it registered personally. Is this true? If so, does anyone know anything about what it would take to setup such a trust?
Be ready for the flood of posts with: "BAH! get your CLEO to sign it! WHAT?! have you heard they won't?! " NFA Trust: no fingerprint requirement no CLEO signature You can designate more that one person that can legally posses it (i.e. wife/father/brother/aunt jemima)
