    BILL TO BE ENTITLED
    AN ACT

I would suggest this is a good bill and that GFODL should support it.

    Comments?

Somebody was listening to the "to" language objection in the public gathering law . . .

Isn't this the one Seajay and others were asked about several times?

Other than the incrementalist approach, I see nothing to which we should object, and believe this should have support.

Now, if we could only get them to amend it to insert "holder of a license issued pursuant to 16-11-129," all the other stuff we are trying to amend would not matter!

If it works for off duty military, it should be ok for us . . .

    Excellent bill.

I wish, all that would do is eliminate section 1 of our bill.

Well this is a tiny step in the right direction.

Maybe we could try to get it amended to read

    (f) persons licensed to carry firearms.

Senate read and referred March 3, 2005, no subsequent action.
