Damn...shoulda had 4-wheels I guess...

 

I'm pretty sure 4-wheel ATV's have fallen off cliffs before, either from the driver steering them the wrong way, going to fast to make a curve, or having the edge of the trail crumble away under your tires, tipping you off a cliff through no fault of your own.

 

4 wheels wouldna helped....a parachute would have, but not 4 wheels

 

Really? It was a 30ft fall.

 

Perhaps the trail had a static line?

I've said this today as well when a buddy linked me to the article.
He needed one of these:

 

maybe a mattress at the bottom then.....or a pillow, or maybe a bungee cord tied to his ankles....

 

A set of breaks or GPS?

 

really hate those things

 

Or brakes, even. I think the breaks are what killed him.

 

How about he just pay attention to where he was going?
