I am conflicted. I should feel bad about anyone having their rights violated, and yet I still laughed. How will I sleep at night?

Great actor but he seems like such an . My fiancee got patted down when she flew down for my dad's funeral in June and she absolutely hated it. Last time she flew down in November, she saw an elderly woman going through the same thing. I am not trying to be a jerk when I say this but to me it seems like they aren't patting down the people that fit the profile of those on 9/11 if you know what I mean.

I've heard from people that have met him and one who even knows him, he is kind of a jerk. I don't mind him being a jerk to TSA, though.

When you violate someone's basic human rights like that, expect some Americans not to take it too well.

Maybe if enough of the influential Hollywood crowd get the TSA treatment, it will cause even more of an uproar and hopefully get policies change.

I doubt it will help, but its always worth a try.

Off-topic rant: 45000 TSA goons (screeners) hired since to grope passengers or make them subject of pornographic photos but 272 agents total to identify and locate the millions of people that have overstayed their visa to the USA? Ugh.

The continued support of TSA is an egregious waste of scarce resources. The $8.1 billion USD per yr could do so much more in other federal enforcement areas that are entirely too vulnerable to exploitation.
