    AK 47 jammed? What?

And registering as a sex offender? Something must be missing from the reporting.

There was a time when ANY crime against a child triggered the sex offenser registrstion law. Not just sexual crimes. Many armed robbers end up violating the "kidnapping" law when they order victims (or just witnesses) to move from one place to another, such as huddle together in one corner of the room.

E256A185-7062-4BA1-BCEE-0722E90306DD.jpeg Going on a multiple armed robbery spree and having a shoot-out with cops should be a capital offense. The Supreme Court is wrong when they say the Constitution forbids the death penalty except for murder with aggravating circumstances. Certainly armed robbers have regularly been put to death in the American criminal justice system. Historically, we did that a lot. We should go back to that.

I would say the cops showed remarkable restrain in subduing him after his rifle malfunctioned. I do believe I would have been inclined to continue firing back at him.

I agree. His malfunction would have permitted me to get a solid rest and put several rounds in his chest.

I can think of a few other uses for that thing beyond everyday common criminals.

We definitely wouldn't of been dealing with him getting out and would have saved the taxpayers some money if they would have ended him right there.

Anyway, Savannah Morning news has a story on it in this mornings paper.

Chatham County DA angry after parole of former Jivens gang member

BTW, the paper version headline was "DA livid after robber paroled". I guess they toned it down a tad for the online version.

As long as the horizontal member is smoothly sanded, sure, why not?

Unfortunately, the "user's" hands would be immobilized. So they'd be left with just the asphyxiation part. But there could be friends involved! :righton:
