Savannah: Armed Robber Shot by Victim

Around 7:30 p.m., officers responded to a call of an attempted robbery in the area, said Cpl. Hillary Nielsen. Patrol officers found a male victim nearby suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.
During their investigation, detectives determined he and another male subject attempted to rob an individual returning home to Timberland Apartments. The individual fired his own gun at the pair in, what appears at this time to be, self-defense.

If the robber was shot by the victim, then the victim isn't a victim.....

He was a victim of an attempted armed robbery. :)

I know one thing the robber isn't a victim either.

Upon arrival, they found 18-year-old Jaques Stuckey nearby suffering non-life-threatening injuries from a shooting.During their investigation, detectives determined Stuckey and another male subject attempted to rob an individual returning home to Timberland Apartments. The victim fired his own gun at the pair in, what appears at this time to be, self-defense, according to SCMPD.
Police say Stuckey refused to provide investigators with the name of the second suspect.

That apartment complex is a little more that a mile from my house. The day before the Walgreens on the corner of Abercorn and Largo, about half mile from my house, was robbed. A couple came in and held a gun to the head of the person working the photo counter.
Can't be a victim if you shoot first :righton:
