    Same thing in response here.

Something I heard at a match the other week.

    Load and Make Ready.

I do believe if I were the NRA legal team, I would be ramping up for a big fat defamation/slander lawsuit against the city of San Francisco.

Unfortunately, I think we're much closer to this than I would have expected six months ago.

If we get to start shooting, let's hurry up about it while I don't have a family to worry about leaving behind.

    A shooting civil conflict.

And before you go off on your normal path, I'm also not entirely convinced it'll be the side you think that fires the first shots.

We're not even close to the level of civil strife seen in the 1960s. Not even at 25% I'd say.

You may be right - I wasn't around for that.

And I said "closer", not "imminent".

But I am starting to get a really bad vibe.

Thank God I escaped in 1997. Unfortunately I still have family there and am heading back for a visit in a couple weeks - likely unarmed.:censored:

Back in the mid to late 1700s a bunch of people were already slitting throats and shooting people over far less grievances than we're living with today.

Left media pans SF resolution as irresponsible.

After SF passes this I heard on the radio (can't remember who) asking a somewhat rhetorical question of "Would being an NRA member be the basis of a Red Flag gun confiscation order in SF?"

    Interesting question.

Well, technically, yes. If you're a paying member of a terrorist organization, you're financially supporting terrorism. That would certainly make you a threat to public safety.

Well damn in less than a week I have been nominated as a Red Flag candidate and now I find out I am also the member of a terrorist organization. Below the shoulder on the Turkey tonight. Semper Fi
