A girl who identifies as male has brought her "I wanna use the boys bathroom to sit down and pee" case to the S. Ct. Several parties forgot to pretend and referred to her as "her" in the caption of their briefs. A Slate article author, being non-biased and just wanting to report the truth, not having an agenda at all, just being a good journalist and reporting the facts, questioned the clerk as to why these hate mongers were permitted to use the feminine gender pronoun.
Rule 34 of the S. Ct. of the US says pleadings shall bear "the caption of the case as appropriate in this Court." Obviously, as appropriate in the highest court of this land is to refer to a girl with a vagina, uterus, and ovaries by using masculine pronouns and pretending she is a he. Obviously, right? Anything else is a hate crime. Right?
