I was at a local gun store (that will remain nameless) looking at revolvers durring lunch today. I overheard a conversation between one of the employess and someone who was asking for the owner by name. Appearently the owner is looking at warehouses in the 85/285 (North side). He wants to buy/lease one with intentions of installing a 100yd indoor shooting range. I have only heard of a handfull of 100yd indoor ranges in the country. It might b enice to have a long indoor range play on when the weather is too hot or too cold to play outside.

Hmmmm... he's in Cumming, so let's consider a 25 miles radius. Plus it would have to be someone who's running their business fairly good to branch out like that. I know of a few that would get ruled out based that criteria alone.

Anybody else remember the guy on the American Shooter TV show that did the really tough shots? Like hitting a half dollar at 500 yards with a 2" snubbie revolver and stuff like that. Pretty amazing shooting with handguns.

That would have to be one tall backstop. Having seen hits on the floors and ceilings of 25yd indoor ranges makes me wonder what they would have to do to prevent rounds leaving the building. :shattered:
