He drove into the guy's yard! You be the judge.

I can understand the guys anger at being run off the road but you do not follow him back to his house. You get his tag and call LE and let them handle the call. You can meet LE at this guys house but after they arrive. Just my :2cents:
I think I would have just bounced the dude on his head, called the police, and wait to see if he returns later with a gun. That would give me time to find a spot and sit with my shotgun.

Then again, if someone followed me home and directly threatened my wife and kids in a fit of rage I might have shot the clown, too, but not in the leg. :?
I don't see that this guy did anything wrong but where he choose to shoot the guy. :x

If the dude follows you home and threatens your family I think you have to right to "stand your ground".

But on another note I would NEVER drive to my house if I had been followed. I would have either called the cops while I was driving, or driven to a police station. I have been followed by idiots and I have always been able to loose them before but I never drive home. :shakehead:

If he had indeed threatened me or my family with bodily harm or worse, his car could be used as his coffin with no regrets on my part.
What's the saying? Don't let your alligator mouth overload your hummingbird a**.
