Just got it today free via UPS, courtesy of my Visa Card rewards.

First impression: solid, well built.

My Glock 23 has a .357 5.32" conversion barrel, and nothing sticks out. It is a long-nosed holster. Looks nice.

It is 50% more difficult to put on and remove than my Serpa holsters.

The thumb lever had my thumb hurting after a few draws. It is thin. It should be thicker or have a rubber tip.

I have the same for my M&P to replace a Serpa.

Are you using the belt loops or the paddle? I've found the paddle to be tight, but that does seem to make it quite secure as well. My favorite remains the belt loops based upon comfort.
I probably spent less than 30 minutes practicing a draw; once it was postioned properly on my belt there just wasn't a way that I couldn't hit the thumb release without deliberately trying to miss. I still added the 6008 hood guard as at that time I was working behind the counter at a gun range and frequently had to walk past customers.
