I recreated the report cards so in the future it will be easier for me to update and I can add more features.

I have been thinking about adding a new designation for unlisted sponsor and opposition sponsor.

An example of Unlisted Sponsor would be Franklin's support for SB396 in the house,
Opposition sponsor would be Benfield and Fludd speaking against SB396.
