Renewal help

Hello guys. Some of you might remember me. I have been out of state for the past 9 months....I miss Georgia. Anyway, I have a question on behalf of my girlfriend. Her GFL expires in June and she is coming out here in a couple of weeks to be with me thru the summer. How long in advance can she apply for a renewal? I know the laws have changed but I don't know which ones. Help me out here please. btw, I'm still a member of GCO...that will never change Also, what are the fees? She will be applying for her renewal in Savannah. I miss this forum
