re: My earlier post. I was at the Blue Beacon washout earlier today getting a reefer unit washed out. When I was done there, and at the exit, about to make a right on to Hollowell Pkwy, 2 black APD SUV's running code were escorting an APC with heavily armed personnel. One was standing through the turret on the top of the vehicle, several more inside. They blocked the road at the entrance of the Blue Beacon. I was able to make a right turn and get on 285.

I am still trying to figure out what that was all about, and I assumed there was a hostage situation in the area.

I don’t know if they were in Portland and thought it might work the same way here but it does look like they are learning it does not. Heaven forbid they they decided to throw rocks or sticks at strangers in midtown. There would be a high chance of bullets coming back.
