So, will you be packing or not while illegally discharging the fireworks you purchased in Alabama?
I plead the fifth.
I'll be in FL..................Wont be discharging anything illegal.
If I drove to AL to buy fireworks I would just stay there with family.
Based on this post, I'm assuming it is illegal to carry while lighting off fireworks?
Don't carry anything dangerous while lighting off something dangerous. Double Danger bites a big one!!!
Two dangers equals safety.
Not according to O.C.G.A. 16-11-106
I bought them in South Carolina, so I'll be packing while I discharge the fireworks I bought in SC.
Illegal fireworks from AL are better than illegal fireworks from SC!
I proudly admit that I will be lighting up $350 worth of fireworks purchased in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia while openly carrying a pistol and maybe a homeland defense rifle as well.
I have no shame, no regret. Laws that prohibit the responsible use of fireworks are unconsitutional and should shot down accordingly.
I will be sending up my pyrotechnics over a lake in Haralson County. So no worries of a fire danger.
Remember, don't try this at home, go and do it a friend's house...
If you light a blackcat bottle rocket in your hand and toss it up over the lake, on the arc down it will launch, shoot into the water and explode, backlighting all the fishes in the water. (some people let it launch in their hand... I don't)
And if you use something a little stronger, all the fishes will float to the surface.
(I'm kidding, I'm kidding)
Should just get some blanks and celebrate jihad style.
I'll be celebrating along with 49,999 other people in downtown Atlanta.
No carrying. Too heavy anyway. And I'd be too tempted to shoot a Kenyan. I hate those guys....
Heard this Story
I heard this story about a guy who had a legally-registered submachinegun and was shooting it, along with some Alabama-purchased Whistling Moon Traveler (W/ Report) bottle rockets and strings of Black Cat firecrackers, out in a remote area of north Georgia, when the cops showed up. They had a report of fireworks or gunfire in the area. The guy had to work hard to convince the cop that he didn't hear any FIREWORKS, because that's ILLEGAL for crying out loud, and DANGEROUS, too! That noise must have been this submachinegun, he says. Nothing unsafe, nothing illegal like firecrackers. Just an SMG. All is well here, officer. Have a nice day!
What's Wrong with Kenyans?
Besides that they'll win all the top spots in the Peachtree Road Race again, as usual, this year?
I will be in helen waiting to see if they set the mountain on fire again.
It's a violation of religious freedom.
ICP's church requires the setting off of fireworks on certain religious holidays... many of which just happen to coincide with national holidays usually associated with fireworks...
Here's some pics of last year's July 4th Blessing of the (Ever-So-Illegal) Blasters:
First and Second amendment rights for everyone!!!
