Yes, especially with the electronic 4473s.Do you really believe the ATF has the resources to scrutinize every - single - purchase - sale - transfer - from - thousands - of - FFLs - and - thousands - of - gun - forums - across the country? Cause if they do they really need to transfer those resources into reviewing and approving NFA applications and stop pissing off people for months on end. And many times for well over a year.
