Australians attempting to monetize their lethal local livestock is nothing new.

At least they can own more guns Down Under than in the U.K. ;-)

And if they jump through enough hoops, might be able to get a permit to carry a revolver.

But spiders give me the willies on a steep mathematical curve. Double the spider's size and my willie factor goes up ten times.

Considering that we arrived in 1983 and spent 30 years there that would be a "yes."

Just about every indiginous Australian reptile or invertebrate seems to be to some degree poisonous. Some of the marsupials too. I hadn't considered the potential for confusion by using the term "livestock" so loosely.

Crocodiles that SWIM IN THE SEA!!
Spiders that hide under the toilet seat!
Horrible mutant aquatic things that have poisonous spurs on their legs
