That ought to take a jury about .20 seconds to find him guilty of murder.
If it was in the U.S., the trial would last for weeks and on the off chance that he got the death sentence, it'd be 20-plus years and countless appeals later before he'd be executed. Most likely he'd get life and be out in that time.
