Places Off Limits in Other States

Under Pennsylvania law, those who hold a license to carry firearms are permitted to possess and transport them anywhere in the state except onto school property or courthouse facilities. A specific provision in the state law prohibits counties and municipalities from regulating the possession, ownership or transportation of firearms.

I just think it is helpful to remember that Georgia's restrictions are not necessarily universal in this country, and yet the sky is not falling in these other states.

Even those states ban carry in fewer places than does Georgia, and mostly with less draconian penalties.

You left off "or within 1,000 feet of the campus of any public or private technical school, vocational school, college, university, or institution of postsecondary education."
