Shot robbers twice in seven months; Charged with carrying a concealed weapon - in Wisconsin.

The Hamdan case states that a shopkeeper can carry a concealed weapon inside his store as a constitutional right, even though the state outlaws concealed carry altogether.

This case, however, involves delivering pizzas.

Do I smell a CCW challenge in Wisconsin? He's not a crook... and has pretty well documented evidence that he was in danger. Maybe this could lead to ccw issuances.. stranger things have happened. At the very least it will let Wisconsin serfs realize they currently have no right to protect themselves.
