Shocking, but a nice surprise that a judge actually upheld the law in favor of firearms rights.

I remember reading about this on the princelaw blog:

The blog is mainly directed toward PA issues but they get involved in many national gun rights issues.

And yes, it's nice to see that local jurisdictions have to understand that "state preemption" means just that.
