James Kilgore, pastor at Taft Free Will Baptist Church, said he always keeps a gun and handcuffs in his fanny pack. They came in handy on Tuesday, when one of his elderly parishioners left Bible study to find his car had vanished.
I wonder if God issued him his CCW because most LEO's in Cali won't!

I'm wondering about the handcuffs

This guy must fancy himself as a cop. We'll probably read about him getting his ass shot playing like this. :shakehead:

Or--he uses the cuffs to cuff someone to a pole, and forcibly convert him :-k

"We don't recommend that people try to apprehend suspects, although in this case it worked out really well," Downs said.

Law enforcement spokesmen everywhere, please knock it off!

Anyway, I wonder if he had a Califcornia firearms license? Having one in California permits the bearer to carry in church, unlike Georgia's firearms license.

Why is California law better on this issue than Georgia law?
