Nevermind, looked it up, SB 175 passed Senate on Mar 10 and House on March 22.

SB 259 - passed the Senate but was never voted upon in the House despite being favorably reported on Mar 21, 2005.

Both SB175 (Brady bill change) and SB259 (repeal of sunday firearm discharge ban) have passed both House and Senate.

Bills that have passed and not acted on by the Governor will automatically become law (has 6 days during session and 40 days after session)
